1. What is Stitch and Timber Co.?

   Stitch and Timber Co. is a craft business specializing in handmade creations, including fabric-based items, stuffed toys, holiday decor, wooden crafts, jewelry and downloadable cross-stitch patterns. We take pride in combining modern design with traditional craftsmanship.

2. Where are your products made?
   All of our products are handcrafted with care in the USA. Each piece is created using skills passed down through generations of our family.

3. Do you take custom orders?
   Currently, we do not accept custom orders. However, we are always expanding our product line, so stay tuned for new items!

4. Do you have an Etsy store?
   Not yet, but we may launch one in the future! In the meantime, you can explore our full range of products on our website.
   

Ordering & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
   We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
   If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at stitchandtimberco@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
   

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does shipping take?

   Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

2. Do you ship internationally?
   Currently, we ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

3. How can I track my order?
   Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
   

Products

1. Are your products eco-friendly?
   Yes! We strive to use sustainable and eco-friendly materials wherever possible, from fabrics to wood.

2. What is included with the digital cross-stitch patterns? (Coming Soon)
   Each digital cross-stitch pattern includes a PDF file with:

   1. A detailed color chart.

   2. A list of recommended thread colors.

   3. Clear instructions for completing the design.

3. Can I resell items made from your cross-stitch patterns?
Our patterns are for personal use only. Reselling items made from them or redistributing the patterns is prohibited.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
   We accept returns for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For more details, see our Returns Policy.

2. Can I return a digital product?
   Digital products, such as cross-stitch patterns, are non-refundable. If you experience issues with a file, please contact us.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at stitchandtimberco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, along with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
