Shipping Policy

    • During peak times or holidays, processing may take longer. Updates will be provided on our website.

    • We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be announced soon.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

  4. Shipping Delays

    • Stitch and Timber LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.


Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

    • Digital products, such as downloadable cross-stitch patterns, are non-refundable.

  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at stitchandtimberco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
      We will arrange a replacement or refund.
